Complaints Reduction Workshop Feedback

Our most popular workshop has been "Tough Talks Made Easy" which was delivered to a local acute NHS trust whom tasked us with helping them reduce the amount of formal complaints generated by wards and improve patient/relative satisfaction.

Out of 56 participants across 8 workshops we had overwhelmingly positive responses to the following statements we asked our learners to rate agreement with from 1-10:
I would recommend the workshop to other colleagues = Average 9.59
I found the simulated scenarios including the actor to be educational = Average 9.54
I enjoyed the group discussions = Average 9.52 
I enjoyed the teaching from the slides = Average 8.89   
I felt the workshop to be a safe and comfortable space for all to learn in = Average 9.45   
I felt having multiple professional groups in the workshop was beneficial = Average 9.65 
I felt that the feedback was given in a kind and appropriate way = Average 9.77
