After repeated requests for private psychiatric and neurodevelopmental assessment and treatment, we have now opened the doors to our clinic and are now booking patients in for appointments. The clinic will have the same ethos as our training, with a heavy emphasis on excellent communication and the kindness and compassionate approach that every patient deserves to receive.

Neurodiversity, inclusion and communication in the workplace
Neurodiversity is increasingly recognised as an important consideration in creating inclusive workplaces, supporting employee wellbeing and delivering services that meet the needs of diverse clients. Our NeuroAware workshops, developed and delivered by Consultant Psychiatrist Dr Michael Evison, help organisations move beyond awareness towards practical understanding and meaningful inclusion.
Drawing on specialist expertise in autism, ADHD and neurodevelopmental psychiatry, our training explores how neurodevelopmental differences can influence communication, working practices, relationships and individual experiences. Workshops can be tailored for employees, managers, leadership teams and client-facing professionals, covering topics such as:
